We don’t want that for you either! At Link-X we sign 1-2 year agreements to lock in pricing but allow clients to cancel their service with 90 days notice. We are confident that our system will meet your needs so won’t hold you hostage with a long contract if we are not the right fit for you.

How does my data get into the system? Do we have to manually enter everything in?

Are there specific repair shops that I have to use with your platform?
No. Link-X has an open network, we allow you to use whatever shops you wish. Regardless of what 3rd party repair shop you use we can utilize our AI invoice processing tool to scan and input line item data into the system for you.
